We charge a £35 late cancellation fee for any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment time.

There is no charge for cancellations or reschedules made more than 72 hours in advance.

For consultation appointments, the £35 consultation fee is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable if cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours.

Thank you for your understanding.

Prices estimated from photographs are occasionally subject to adjustment after your clinical assessment at consultation.

We try to keep your price consistent throughout your course of treatment. However, if your last visit was over a year ago, we may need to re-quote the price.

Courses of treatment paid in advance expire 24 months from the date of payment.

Treatment fees and courses paid in advance are non-refundable.

We do not negotiate on price or offer credit terms.

Consultations are charged at £35 and include a free patch test if indicated. Patch testing (treating a small area) is a requirement of our insurance and is compulsory for most treatments. If you are not properly prepared for your patch test at the consultation, a separate patch test appointment will be required and will be charged at £35.

We prioritise client safety above commercial interest. On rare occasions we may not be able to provide the treatment you wish to purchase from us.

All treatments depend on a full consultation and clinical assessment. Reasons for delaying treatment may include recent sun exposure, makeup, fake tan, active skin irritation, medical changes, or temporary courses of medication.

If we are unable to conduct a full assessment because relevant information is not provided, or because a client is unwilling to proceed safely, we will not be able to start treatment.

If we think the risks are too high, or if we believe treatment would be unsuccessful or not in the best interests of the client, we will respectfully refuse treatment.

These terms and conditions are subject to reasonable change without notice.
