Cancellation Policy

We charge a £35 late cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment time.

No charge is made for cancellations or reschedules outwith of 72 hours.

We value and respect our customers, and appreciate that you all have busy lives and hectic schedules. The late cancellation fee helps us manage our diary fairly and keep appointment times available for clients who are waiting.
