Please see the confirmation email we have just sent to you with details of your coming appointment. If you do not see the email, please check your Junk folder.
We make it it easy to reschedule appointments so that if something unexpected comes up you can change your booking online. There is a personalised RESCHEDULE link on your confirmation email that is unique to your booking and will take you to an online diary to choose another time and date.
If you no longer require treatment with us, or if you do not know the date you are able to reschedule to, you can use the personalised CANCEL link on your confirmation email that is unique to your booking.
If you no longer have the confirmation email for that booking you will need to contact us so that we can arrange these changes for you.
We request at least 48 hours notice for reschedules and cancellations if at all possible. The more notice you can give us the more likely it is that we can offer the appointment to another client. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit to confirm your next appointment. This deposit will contribute to the cost of your next treatment, but will be forfeited if you again reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours.
Customers who do not show up for their appointments or cancel/reschedule within an hour of their appointment will be asked to pay the full treatment price of their next treatment in advance, and this will be forfeited if they cancel or reschedule within 48 hrs of their appointment or fail to show up again.
We regret that we are unable to provide toilet facilities during your visit.
It is extremely important that you arrive for your appointment with no skin products of any kind on the areas to be treated. Failure to comply will mean we are unable to proceed with the session.
